Returns & Cancellation

We provide the option of product return or refund, provided the product is in good resalable condition. If you find a product defective, you can email us at as a customer, before returning the product you must ensure that the product is intact and in good shape and condition. When the product is returned, we will inspect it to ensure everything is intact, and then exchange the product.

Product exchange or replacements are subject to the stock and availability of that product will replace the product with a new one.

Return Period

You can return the product within 14 days of the receipt of your package.

Please note that the replacements are subjected to the availability of the product.

The product eligible for return; should be returned based on the following criteria or should satisfy the following criteria:

The product should be unused and in good condition.

Product seal, packaging, tags, logos, and boxes should be in the original condition.

Once this eligibility criterion is met, you can repackage the product and send it back to us.

If the returned product is found not eligible for the refund criteria, the same product would be shipped back to you and further return will not be accepted for the same.

The products that are not eligible for refund are as follows:

Damaged products/ Misused products/ Opened/ or Used.

Products returned based on flavours/ disliking/ stomach upset and any other problems.

The products having damage or defects that are not covered by the warranty.

Products without seal, box, tags and without packaging accessories and material.

Products missing any inclusions that are packed with the product.

Cancellation by the User:

In case you want to cancel your order which you have placed for the product, Skytag Bioteq reserves the right to accept or reject that particular request for any reason whatsoever. Due to the part of usual business practice, if Skytag Bioteq receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Skytag Bioteq, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within an approved period of time. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel your order in any condition. The right to decide whether an order is processed or not is will always be with Skytag Bioteq only. When you place an order on our website, you are agreeing to not dispute the decision made by Skytag Bioteq and accept our decision regarding the cancellation of an order.

Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can always return it to us for a refund. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits at all.

To start the returns process, please contact us on so we can provide a return authorization code and address on where to return your items.

  • The product(s) must be postmarked within 15 calendar days from when the order is first delivered / received.
  • We highly recommend that you use a traceable courier for the shipping and transportation.
  • We do not accept returns for unsealed or used products.
  • If Customs removes or damages a returning product(s) during the course of an inspection or delay in delivery of any kind, you’ll need to contact them directly to start a damage or loss claim, as we will be unable to speak to them on your behalf, nor will we able to reimburse you in any way for damage or loss that may be caused.
  • The amount will be credited to the same Account/Card used to do the payment before checkout within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
