Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
SKYTAG brings to you products with the highest quality & certifications to assure you the best results & best level of satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can always return it to us for a return or refund. Our refund policy is as under:
- To start the returns process, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide a return authorization code and address on where to return your purchase, while sharing your concern & reason for return.
- 100% Refunds will be issued for the cost of the merchandise/ product purchased. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed & will be deducted from the overall settlement amount.
- All products are dispatched to our customers only after a proper quality check to avoid any open/ damaged or expired product. However, to avoid any unwanted misunderstanding, we strongly suggest to make a video of the package received while opening to ensure clarity & transparency justifying your concern.
- The product(s) must be couriered for return within a maximum of 3 calendar days from when the order is first delivered / received at the address specified.
- The Waybill photograph & Courier details must be shared via email on: email@example.com immediately on return dispatch with the company.
- We highly recommend that you use a reputed and traceable courier service provider for the shipping and transportation of your return product to us, to avoid transit loss or extraordinary delays. The company shall not be responsible or liable for any such product lost in transit or not received at our end.
- We do not accept returns for unsealed or used products.
- The amount due for reimbursement will be credited to the same Account/Card used to do the payment for checkout within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the goods & a confirmation will be sent to you via email on the settlement details.
- SKYTAG uses highly encrypted & safest methods of transaction for processing online payments via our world class Payment gateway associates. No payment information is therefore available with the company any remote manner. The refund amount will be routed via our payment gateway partners in case of online payments & via banking details provided in case of COD purchases.
